Boost Your Health Naturally

Hello my dear readers !

I’m super excited to catch up with you in this new edition of Infini Health and Well-being! Today, I’m diving into a topic that fascinates me (and I bet it intrigues you, too): dietary supplements.

Yes, I’ve spent weeks chatting with health experts, naturopaths, and sophrologists, and finally, I thought, “Why not try these natural wonders myself?” So, here I am, ready to share my discoveries with you!

Let’s be real, we live in a world where we’re constantly bombarded with ads for miracle creams or dream homes. But, let’s agree on one thing: the most important thing is our well-being, right? So today, let’s forget the glitter and focus on what truly matters—what can really improve our health.

Shall we get back to basics?

We all know the drill: eat well (yes, it’s better than saying “eat clean”), move your body, manage stress (an impossible mission sometimes)… Anyway, the list is long! But today, I want to dive deeper into something specific: dietary supplements. Spoiler alert—they can really help!

Dietary supplements vs. Medication: same battle?

So, what’s the real difference between a dietary supplement and medication? Don’t worry, I’m not going to throw complicated terms at you. In short:

Supplements are vitamins, minerals, or plants that help fill the little gaps in our daily nutrition. They don’t claim to cure illnesses but can seriously boost our overall well-being!

Medications, on the other hand, are tested rigorously and approved to treat specific conditions. They’re like health superheroes, but they can also have not-so-great side effects sometimes…

But, here’s the interesting part: some supplements can work as well as meds, minus the unpleasant side effects. After all, modern medicine began with plants, so why not explore these natural solutions?

My top 3 supplements that changed my life (no joke!)

After some deep digging, chatting with my naturopath, and getting tips from Père Blaize herbalist in Marseille, I found three treasures that I’ve added to my routine. And guess what? I already feel the benefits!

1. Mico-Cord: The Magic Mushroom

Mico-Cord is a supplement made from Cordyceps mushrooms, which have been popular in Chinese medicine for centuries. It boosts energy, fights fatigue, and strengthens the immune system. If you, like me, have those midday slumps, this stuff is gold! Bonus: it’s great for endurance and stamina too. Not bad, right?

2. Buds: Gentle and Natural

I’ve fallen in love with gemmotherapy (yes, I struggled to pronounce it at first too)! It’s a therapy that uses plant buds, and here are my three favorites:

Blackcurrant bud: anti-inflammatory, boosts the immune system, and helps with allergies and fatigue. A must-have!

Fig bud: perfect for digestive issues related to stress (hello, stomach knots!).

Elm bud: great for detoxing and improving skin health. Bye-bye, breakouts!

And guess what? These buds are all in a product called Sérénité (so cute, right?).

This blend of buds is like a little magic potion straight from nature. Each drop is a concentrate of zen! With buds whispering to your cells, "Relax, everything will be okay!"

And let’s be honest, who hasn’t dreamed of a little boost to calm emotional storms without having to negotiate with a chocolate bar?

3. Magnesium Bisglycinate: The Anti-Stress Bestie

If you have muscle cramps or are stressed out, Magnesium Bisglycinate is your new go-to! Unlike other forms of magnesium, it’s gentle on the stomach and helps manage stress and promote better sleep. Honestly, I can’t live without it!

Why I adopted dietary supplements

I know some people are still skeptical about supplements, but remember, plants and mushrooms were the foundation of medicine. In fact, these natural wonders have been used for thousands of years! So, why not give them a chance?

My final word (and the obligatory disclaimer)

If you’re thinking about adding supplements to your routine, I highly recommend talking to a professional first, especially if you’re already on medication. You don’t want any nasty interactions. But with the right guidance, these supplements can truly help you feel better, and who knows, maybe even avoid some meds long-term!

Take care of yourselves, try out these natural alternatives, and remember: well-being often comes from simplicity. Let’s get back to what truly matters in this crazy world!

See you soon for more health and well-being discoveries!
